Evening Sessions. Online sessions that fit around your life.
Online sessions running from 9pm - 11pm
Evening sessions
Some people don’t finish work at 5pm.
Maybe you’re a shift worker. Maybe you’ve finally got the children to bed. Maybe you’ve spent all evening looking after everyone else and only then have a moment to think about yourself.
Finding time for counselling can feel impossible.
That’s why I offer online evening counselling appointments between 9pm and 11pm, giving you the opportunity to access support at a time that fits around your life, rather than trying to squeeze it into an already busy day.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, going through a difficult life change, experiencing low mood, or simply want a space that’s just for you, counselling can provide a calm, confidential place to explore what’s going on.
You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out.
If you’ve been thinking, “I should probably talk to someone,” but haven’t known when you’d find the time, this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
If you’d like to find out more, send me a message to arrange a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone call. We can talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you’re hoping for, and whether I’m the right therapist for you.
Sometimes the quietest part of the day is the first chance we get to hear ourselves think.
How I work
I’m a person-centred counsellor, which means I won’t tell you what to do or assume that I know what is best for you. Instead, I aim to offer a warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental relationship where you can explore what is happening for you at your own pace.
Alongside my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, I have an MSc in Psychology. My psychological training gives me a broad understanding of mental health, behaviour and emotional wellbeing, while my counselling training shapes the way we actually work together: with curiosity, respect and a focus on your individual experience.

Because evening sessions take place online, it can help to think about where you will feel most comfortable talking. Ideally, choose somewhere private where you are unlikely to be interrupted or overheard. Some people use a bedroom, home office or even sit in their car if that feels more private.
You do not need a perfect therapy room. What matters is having somewhere that feels safe enough for you to speak openly and have the session largely to yourself. If privacy at home is difficult, we can also talk together about what might make online counselling work better for you.
